Counselling for people of all ages
We offer a free service for those needing support, our counsellors work with children, young people, adults and groups.
Counselling focusses on supporting people, partners, family members, colleagues, friends and/or anyone who needs therapeutic help.Our Counsellors work with issues including but not limited to: Depression, Anxiety, Stress, Grief, End of life grief, Low self-esteem, Bullying, Relationship issues and Sleep issues
We offer face to face, online and phone services.
We aim to be a culturally responsive, safe and effective service and have counsellors and social workers who are trained in suicide prevention.
You can be referred by your GP for support through Pinnacle Health - this service covers approximately four hours of therapeutic support per person (e.g. four 60 minute sessions) and is available for individuals, couple or whānau groups.
