VACANCIES: Social Worker

We are looking for an experienced Social Worker or Counsellor to join our team, based in Whangamata.

The successful candidate will provide a holistic service to assist individuals and families in reaching their goals. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are required and a good level of computer literacy is needed. A strong commitment to the team and a sense of humour is essential. 

This position requires a graduate qualification from a NZ recognised tertiary institution and a full, clean driver’s licence ( preferably have social work or  counselling experience) 

This is a full-time role working with a motivated and committed team who collectively focus on achieving meaningful outcomes for the Eastern Coromandel region.

Volunteering at Community Services
